Texas Eastern Energy Corp., where they represented local residents, free of charge, to prevent the removal of 55 mature shade trees by a pipeline company. This landmark environmental case received national press attention and set a powerful precedent for property owners’ rights.
Appointed in 2009, Mr. Parra continues to serve as Municipal Prosecutor for the Township of Woodbridge, and since 2019, has also served as Municipal Prosecutor for the Township of Monroe. He is a former Trustee of the Piscataway Public Library and former legal advisor to Piscataway Public Cable Television.

(Animated Dissection of Anatomy for Medicine), PowerPoint, and Sanctions II. His technical expertise helped lead a trial team to a $15 million verdict in a complex products liability case against Ford Motor Company.
He has served as an arbitrator, taught continuing legal education (CLE) courses, and authored a published article in The National Law Journal on high-tech litigation strategies.
In addition to personal injury and employment law, Mr. Parra’s practice includes criminal defense and municipal court matters. He has also developed a strong following within the Latin-American community, who value his legal experience and bilingual communication.
