One of the reasons for our continued success in obtaining favorable outcomes for our clients in a trial is our use of the latest courtroom technology. We use a variety of technical aids that clearly make an impact in the presentation of a case to a jury. Our advanced knowledge of this leading-edge technology has paid off well in the courtroom. Some of the methods we use include:

Digitized exhibits – once digitized, the exhibit can be projected to show our client’s case in the most favorable light. We are skilled users of advanced computer-assisted demonstrative evidence programs, such as A.D.A.M. (Animated Dissection of Anatomy for Medicine) and Sanctions II, a legal software program and PowerPoint. For example, in one of our accident cases, we were able to use a digitized image to discredit the opposition’s expert witness by showing the defects in a steering part.  For more information on this case, click on Technology Article.

Below are some examples of exhibits that we have created through the use of this technology.  These are actual exhibits used to successfully win trials for our clients.
